Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Inkspire Studio uses browser storage while you explore and purchase our downloadable creative tools.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text records placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, including local storage and pixels, can remember a preference or record that a page event occurred. They do not give us access to files on your computer or to artwork stored in your creative applications.
2. Cookies required for the store
Essential cookies keep the basket active, maintain a secure session, remember the status of checkout, prevent duplicate orders, and store your cookie choice. The shop cannot provide a reliable purchase and download flow without these records, so they remain active whenever you use those features.
3. Measurement cookies
If you allow analytics, we use aggregated visit information to understand which brush categories are useful, where navigation becomes confusing, and whether pages load correctly on common devices. We do not use analytics to inspect your drawings, installed software, or the contents of downloaded files.
4. Preference and media cookies
Optional storage may remember display settings such as reduced motion or a previously selected collection filter. An embedded demonstration hosted by another service may set its own cookie only after you choose to play it. The provider's notice applies to information it collects.
5. Payment providers
When you continue to a payment provider, that provider may use its own strictly necessary and fraud-prevention technologies. Inkspire Studio does not control those cookies. Review the notice presented by the payment provider for details about its purposes and retention periods.
6. Your choices
You may decline optional cookies in our consent panel and revise that choice later. Browser controls can also remove existing cookies or block new ones. Blocking essential storage may empty the basket, sign you out, or prevent a completed purchase from returning to the correct confirmation page.
7. Retention
Session cookies normally expire when the browser closes. Preference records may remain for up to six months, while aggregated analytics identifiers are retained for no longer than thirteen months unless a shorter period is required by law or configured by the service provider.
8. Changes and contact
We update this page when our store tools change. Material revisions will be reflected in the date above. Questions about browser storage can be sent to privacy@inkspirestudio.com.
