Digital Delivery Policy
Inkspire Studio products are downloadable files. Nothing purchased from this store is shipped as a physical parcel.
1. When delivery happens
After the payment provider confirms a successful transaction, the order confirmation page displays a download option and a delivery message is sent to the payment email. Most orders are available within a few minutes. A security review or delayed payment confirmation can extend processing to twenty-four hours.
2. What your download contains
Each listing identifies the included brush, texture, palette, or template formats. Collections are usually supplied as a ZIP archive together with a PDF setup guide and license summary. File sizes and supported applications shown on the product page should be checked before purchase.
3. Download access
The delivery link is intended for the purchaser and should not be posted publicly or shared with another person. Reasonable repeat downloads are available for backup and installation on devices used by the same license holder. Automated scraping, mass retrieval, and redistribution may cause access to be suspended.
4. Compatibility
Digital art applications handle brushes differently. We test only the versions named in the product description. A file described for Procreate, Photoshop, Affinity, or another application is not guaranteed to import into unrelated software. Operating system updates and third-party application changes remain outside our control.
5. Missing email or interrupted download
First check the spam and promotions folders and confirm that payment shows as completed. If a download stops, retry from a stable connection before opening the archive. Contact delivery@inkspirestudio.com with the order reference if the link is absent, expired unexpectedly, or the archive cannot be opened.
6. Incorrect or damaged files
If we deliver the wrong collection or a file is technically corrupted, we will provide a corrected download. Please include the product name, application version, device type, and a screenshot of any import error. This helps us reproduce the issue rather than sending the same unusable archive again.
7. Refund considerations
Because access to copyable digital content is provided promptly, completed downloads are generally final except where consumer law requires otherwise or the advertised files cannot be supplied. A change of preference or failure to check clearly stated compatibility does not normally qualify as a delivery defect.
8. License delivery
Purchase provides the usage rights described in the license included with the collection; it does not transfer copyright in the source assets. Keep the order confirmation as proof of license. Commercial and extended licenses apply only where the product page expressly says so.
